If you are volunteering for VH Mini's On-Ice program, please complete the four (4) steps below and complete the appropriate forms.

Register for USA Hockey

Victory Honda Hockey and MAHA require all players, coaches, managers, and volunteers to register for USA Hockey.

Register before having contact with VHA players.

Step 2

Complete Safesport Training

If You are Volunteering, Complete Safesport Training

USA Safesport Training is required for all coaches, managers, volunteers, and players.

Complete this online training, print and submit your certificate to VHA Administration before having contact with VHA players.

Consent to Treat

Consent to Treat Required for Every Player

Victory Honda Hockey is required to have a Consent to Treat form for every player.
