Specialty Training

Adding specialty coaching to your hockey training can significantly enhance your performance and overall game. Here are some benefits:

    • Goalie Training: Specialized goalie training focuses on improving reflexes, positioning, and save techniques. It helps goalies develop better anticipation and reaction times, leading to more effective shot-stopping and game-saving performances.
    • Power Skating: Power skating coaching emphasizes speed, agility, and balance on the ice. It enhances a player's ability to accelerate quickly, change directions smoothly, and maintain stability during high-speed maneuvers, giving them a competitive edge.
    • Skills Training: Skills training hones essential hockey skills such as stickhandling, shooting, and passing. It helps players develop better puck control, accuracy, and overall offensive and defensive capabilities, making them more versatile and effective on the ice.

Incorporating these specialty coaching elements into your hockey training can lead to a more well-rounded and skilled player, ready to excel in various aspects of the game.

To compete in NCAA sports, you must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. It's best to do this before starting your freshman year of high school (or year nine of secondary school).
